Project Lead Azur/AWS .NET

As a Project Lead, you will leverage your expertise in .NET and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS to take on an architecture-focused leadership role. Your responsibilities will include designing solutions, leading small to mid-sized teams, and ensuring the successful execution of high-quality projects for our enterprise clients. Key responsibilities of this role include leading software development projects utilizing .NET (Core/Framework), Azure/AWS, and REST APIs. You will be tasked with designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cloud-native architectures, collaborating with clients to gather requirements, and guiding team members while ensuring the adherence to development best practices. Additionally, you will create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and deployment plans, as well as assist in sprint planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Coordination with QA, DevOps, and stakeholders will also be crucial for seamless project delivery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in full-stack software development with .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) along with a strong understanding of cloud platforms like Azure or AWS. Proficiency in SQL Server or any RDBMS is required, with exposure to NoSQL being a plus. Hands-on experience in Git, CI/CD, DevOps workflows, containerization (Docker), and microservices architecture is highly desirable. A good grasp of RESTful services, authentication mechanisms, and integration patterns is essential, as well as the ability to lead development teams and deliver projects on time. Strong problem-solving, communication, and client-handling skills are also key for success in this role. Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, experience using JIRA, ClickUp, or Azure DevOps for project tracking, exposure to frontend technologies like React and Angular, and knowledge of security best practices in cloud deployments.
