Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure implementation of all process (Operational & Non-operational) and strategies in line with customer/organization business requirement.
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficient storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods.
  • Evaluate KPIs, review of process performance & strategy progress, action plans on areas for improvement, and monitoring customer complaint and its resolution
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and best practices, with a focus on FIFO and expiry date management.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate shipment and receipt of goods.
  • Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize operational efficiency.
  • Generate and analyse performance reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manage stock and reconcile with FIFO management.
  • Assisting in resolving emergencies, such as a delivery, in transit/tracking or customer problem that might be escalated to the team for handling.
  • Kaizen initiatives per Month and target oriented approach.

Required Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications

  • Warehouse & Inventory Management Overseeing inbound, storage, and outbound processes
  • Minimum 6+ years work experience in FMCG
  • Coordinating transportation, distribution, and last-mile delivery
  • Ensuring timely dispatch and order fulfillment
  • Team Leadership & Workforce Management
  • Supervising and training warehouse staff
  • Driving automation and digital transformation in warehouse operations Implementing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools
  • Monitoring operational expenses and controlling costs
  • Stakeholder & Customer Coordination Collaborating with internal departments, addressing customer queries and ensuring SLA compliance Providing regular reports and performance updates to management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
