Job Description

Understand client requirements by interacting with both domestic and international customers. Suggest modifications and customizations for specialized requirements, such as specific material grades, coatings, or pressure ratings. Assess the technical feasibility of various projects, working closely with the sales team to ensure proper execution from a technical and commercial standpoint. Ensure smooth order processing, from receiving the customer order to execution. This involves coordinating with production, procurement, and logistics teams for timely delivery. Monitor project timelines to ensure deadlines are met, especially for critical customer orders. This includes tracking milestones such as production stages, testing, and shipment schedules. Maintain comprehensive records for each project, including specifications, customer requirements, approvals, and certifications. Ensure that flow elements adhere to the required standards (ISO, ASME, API, etc.) and regulatory guidelines for both domestic and export markets. Ensure the testing (e.g., calibration, pressure tests) and inspection of products before shipment to ensure quality standards are met. Coordinate the preparation of product certification, such as material certificates, inspection reports, and compliance documents, especially for export requirements. Oversee the preparation of export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and any specific documents required by foreign customers or regulations. Ensure proper packaging and timely dispatch of products to international customers while adhering to customs regulations and export rules. Offer after-sales technical support, addressing customer queries and resolving any issues related to flow element products Collect feedback from customers regarding product performance and quality, and collaborate with engineering teams to recommend product improvements. Prepare regular progress reports, including updates on project status, challenges, and successes, for both the internal team and customers. Authorities: End to end project execution from PO receipt to dispatch. Bachelor s degree in Mechanical / Instrumentation engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, project execution, or a technical role related to flow measurement equipment or instrumentation, or related engineering products. Hands-on experience with the execution of projects, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Experience in both domestic and export sales, understanding the complexities of international markets.
