Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Coordinator / Project Engineer to manage project activities, coordinate with clients, conduct client-site visits, identify project-related issues, and communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and coordinate day-to-day project activities.
• Communicate with clients regularly to understand their requirements and project progress.
• Visit client locations as and when required to understand operational requirements and identify issues.
• Identify technical, operational, or project-related problems at client sites.
• Clearly communicate identified issues and client feedback to the internal technical and project teams.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed within defined timelines.
• Follow up with clients and internal teams regarding pending tasks and issue resolution.
• Prepare project updates, visit reports, and status reports.
• Maintain good professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. in any engineering discipline.

Job Role Objective: To act as a bridge between the client and the internal team, ensuring that client requirements, site-related issues, and project activities are communicated and addressed effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
