Swimming Pool Development: Hands-on experience in designing and managing the construction of full-scale swimming pools, focusing on water management, safety, and design that fits luxury environments. 2. Affordable Labor Shed: Proven skills in creating cost-effective labor sheds that meet safety regulations while providing comfortable and efficient worker accommodations. 3. Water Tank and Stand: Direct experience in engineering and setting up large-capacity water tanks and durable stands for agricultural and residential purposes. 4. Landscape Activities of Resort: Solid background in resort landscaping, covering soil preparation, plant selection, and maintenance for sustainability. 5. Wood Fire Hob: Experienced in crafting custom wood fire hobs for cooking, blending traditional and modern techniques to improve the culinary experience in natural settings. 6. Complete Resort Activities: Extensive experience overseeing the entire development of resorts, from initial planning through construction to operational facility integration. 7. Villa Development with Interlock Earth Blocks: Expertise in building sustainable villas using interlock earth blocks, focusing on eco-friendly materials and energy efficiency. 8. Tree House and Gazebo Plans: Creative experience in designing and constructing unique tree houses and gazebos that integrate seamlessly with natural surroundings. 9. Sustainable Buildings: In-depth knowledge in developing sustainable buildings, emphasizing green standards and innovative technologies to reduce environmental impact. 10. Topographical and Boundary Details: Skilled in detailed topographical analysis and precise boundary setting essential for accurate planning and legal compliance in large-scale projects. Additional Responsibilities: Able to manage diverse aspects of the resort, including villas, tree houses, a natural pool, and essential utility areas, aligning each with sustainability and project goals. Experience in integrating agricultural features like a domestic animal farm and a large-scale dairy to boost guest interaction and support resort self-sufficiency. Demonstrated ability to accelerate construction timelines effectively, completing projects ahead of schedule without compromising on budget or quality standards. Qualifications: Proven experience with 5 to 10 Years as a Senior Site Engineer or in a similar role. A bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills. Knowledge of sustainable construction practices and Earth Block Construction. Understanding of budgeting and cost control
