Job Description

Manage land and legal documentation, and coordinate with Land Aggregators in Karnataka . Obtain statutory approvals for Open Access projects. RequiredSkills and Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience in land documentation within the Solar Wind sectors. Proven ability to coordinate and monitor Land Aggregators. Proficient in the guidelines and processes required for land acquisition . Expertise in identifying feasible sites and lands in proximity to project locations. Strong capability in securing State Grid Approvals . Familiarity with state laws and statutory requirements . Thorough understanding of legal compliances for project approval from local authorities such as KPTCL, KREDL etc. . Excellent networking skills. High energy levels. Thecandidates should be able to understand, read and write the Kannada language. Requirements Qualifications/Experience: A graduate degree with 5-10 years of work experience in the Solar sector. A law degree is preferred. Experience in the Solar IPP/EPC industry is highly desirable. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Base location : Bangalore
