Project Delivery Manager - BIM Electrical

As a Project Delivery Manager- BIM Electrical, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of electrical design projects utilizing Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software. Your qualifications include a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the field. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrating a strong working knowledge of Building Electrical Design and Construction - Utilizing hands-on experience in reading electrical design drawings for the preparation of shop drawings - Being fluent in reading, understanding, and implementing building electrical specifications - Collaborating with a team to create Revit electrical models, with previous experience being an advantage - Showing a basic understanding of reading mechanical, plumbing, and fire services design - Overseeing team work to ensure timely and quality project submissions consistently - Estimating project timelines and assisting in resource allocation planning - Being a team player, willing to take on assigned responsibilities and clarify team queries - Adapting to flexible working conditions with tight deadlines and ensuring maximum productivity - Having familiarity with Level of Development (LOD) and BEP standards for smooth project functioning Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Electrical Engineering - Minimum 8 years of experience in the field - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks software If you are interested in this position, please share your resume at ruchis@aeodc.com.
