Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the position of Customer Onboarding Executive. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, coordinating with clients over calls, managing catalog development and approvals, and handling backend operational activities.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good customer-handling abilities, and a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and internet applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete new customer onboarding process.
• Coordinate with clients over calls regarding catalog development, updates, and approvals.
• Understand client requirements and fulfill catalog-related needs as per organizational SOPs.
• Handle approximately 60% calling activities and 40% backend operations and data enrichment work.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of catalog-related tasks.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients through calls and emails.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Ensure quality standards and improve overall turnaround time (TAT).
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and operational processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be from Delhi / NCR only.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and graduation.
• Good command of written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of MS Office and Excel will be an added advantage.
• Prior knowledge or experience with e-commerce platforms will be preferred.
