Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to successful delivery.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, task allocations, and progress reports.
• Work closely with developers, designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure projects are delivered within the agreed timeline and scope.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential issues and take appropriate action.
• Conduct regular team meetings and client status calls.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, project plans, and reports.
• Track tasks and project progress using tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Identify, report, and track bugs and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables before deployment or client handover.

Required Skills :

• Must have atleast 01 year of proven experience as a Project Manager in IT service-based company.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Experience in creating test cases, executing test scenarios, and reporting bugs.
• Experience with project management and bug-tracking tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
