Job Summary

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating project activities, documentation, communication, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of commercial interior fit-out projects. The role will act as a key link between project, design, MEP, procurement, planning, QS, and site teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. The candidate should have strong coordination, documentation, tracking, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Coordinate with Project, Design, MEP, Procurement, QS, Planning, and Site teams.
• Track project activities, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers, MIS reports, and project-related documentation.
• Follow up with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors for pending activities.
• Coordinate submission and approval of drawings, material samples, technical documents, and other project requirements.
• Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action points for timely closure.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules and highlight delays or issues.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Site teams regarding material requirements and delivery status.
• Maintain records of project correspondence, drawings, approvals, reports, and other documents.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors as required.
• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project milestones and deliverables.
• Identify coordination issues and escalate them to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience
Education

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering will be preferred.

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination.
• Mandatory / preferred experience in commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Experience in project documentation, tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
