In this role, your responsibilities will include trafficking digital ad campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Adwords, Twitter, and Google Marketing Platform (GMP). This involves tasks like loading content, creative materials, and setting targeting parameters. Additionally, you will be expected to provide recommendations for pacing and optimizations to internal strategists and teams. Furthermore, you will assist in compiling and analyzing reports on campaign performance, best practices, test results, and outlining next steps. Flexibility to handle other duties as required is also essential in this position. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, either through internships, part-time, or full-time roles. Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Ads is crucial. An advanced skill level in Excel/Google Sheets is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to progressive politics. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking based on metrics, and the ability to work with basic HTML and CSS for landing page templating are advantageous. Familiarity with various CRMs like BSD, Action Network, and NationBuilder for acquisition campaigns is a plus. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience level. Additionally, we offer comprehensive benefits such as 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision plans, a 401K plan with up to 5% matching, monthly cell phone and public transportation allowances, and supplemental mental health care coverage. Moreover, you will receive a monthly student loan reimbursement allowance, a minimum of 15 flexible paid time off days annually (excluding holidays), an open leave policy for illness or childcare needs, and a minimum of 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
