Furthermore, you will assist in compiling and analyzing reports on campaign performance, best practices, test results, and outlining next steps. Flexibility to handle other duties as required is also essential in this position. To excel in this role, you should ideally possess 0-2 years of experience in digital marketing, either through internships, part-time, or full-time roles. Proficiency in using advertising platforms like Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Ads is crucial. An advanced skill level in Excel/Google Sheets is required, along with a demonstrated commitment to progressive politics. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking based on metrics, and the ability to work with basic HTML and CSS for landing page templating are advantageous. Familiarity with various CRMs like BSD, Action Network, and NationBuilder for acquisition campaigns is a plus. The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on your experience level.
