Programmatic Activation Specialist

As a Programmatic Activation Specialist, your role involves being an executional expert responsible for setting up, optimizing, and managing programmatic advertiser campaigns in the Pharma industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that campaigns meet client KPIs by adjusting bidding strategies, optimizing budgets, refining targeting, and resolving technical issues. By utilizing data-driven insights, automation tools, and platform expertise, you will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of media investments. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end technical setup, pacing, and launch of programmatic campaigns, working closely with Account Managers to align campaigns with strategic objectives and client goals. - Actively monitor campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to bids, budgets, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and DSP settings to maximize outcomes. - Develop and execute advanced bidding strategies, optimizing budget allocation across channels, audiences, and creative variations based on insights to ensure cost efficiency and scale. - Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, data discrepancies, pixel implementation, and delivery errors to ensure seamless operations. - Collaborate with internal teams to test new features, implement automation strategies, and enhance workflow efficiencies, while staying informed about industry trends and testing emerging technologies. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in programmatic advertising and campaign management. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Proficiency in using programmatic advertising platforms and tools. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
