Program Manager - AI/ML

We are currently seeking AI/ML Professionals for the position of AI/ML Technical Lead with at least 10-12 years of experience. As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading complex data science projects, guiding junior data scientists, and spearheading the development of innovative solutions that utilize data to achieve business goals. Your responsibilities will include applying your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis to extract actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of ML and GenAI use cases. - Designing RAG pipelines and constructing enterprise-scale GenAI accelerators. - Collaborating with architects and presales teams. - Ensuring code modularity, testability, and governance. - Engaging with product managers and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and deliver practical AI solutions. - Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Managing project timelines, resources, and risk assessments. - Collaborating with Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, Full Stack Engineers, and QA Engineers for seamless integration of AI solutions. - Keeping abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices. Required Skills: - Profound background in AI/ML model development and deployment. - Proficiency in Python, R, and other AI-related programming languages. - Experience in managing cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. - Strong grasp of data science, cloud computing, and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, embedding techniques, and prompt engineering. - Knowledge of Classical ML algorithms like XGBoost, Random Forest, and time-series forecasting.
