• Create order from chaosbuild systems, processes, and priorities where there were none.
• Spot whats broken (or missing), fix it, then automate it.
• Keep everyone alignedwhether thats running standups, writing docs, or just making sure the teams rowing in the same direction.
• Roll up your sleeves and do the workno task is too small, no project too big.
