Role Description This is a full-time on-site Teaching Faculty position located in Kozhikode. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality lectures, designing comprehensive lesson plans, and conducting relevant assessments for students. Other tasks include mentoring students, providing academic support, and collaborating with other educators to develop curriculum content and teaching strategies. The role also involves staying updated with developments in the subject area and educational methods to ensure effective teaching. Qualifications Expertise in subject matter related to the teaching role, including a strong theoretical and practical understanding of core topics. Effective communication, public speaking, and teaching skills to deliver engaging and informative lessons to students. Experience in curriculum development, instructional strategies, and assessment methods tailored to diverse learners. Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage classroom activities and administrative tasks effectively. A strong commitment to fostering student growth, mentoring, and providing a supportive learning environment. Proficiency in digital learning tools and technology for enhanced classroom interaction is advantageous. Master’s degree or higher in the relevant field or education; additional certifications related to teaching methodologies are a plus.
