Coimbatore, India Job Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and qualified Professor to lead academic, research, and mentoring responsibilities in the MCA department. The ideal candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, and institutional growth. Key Responsibilities: Teach core and advanced MCA subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Software Engineering, AI/ML, and Web Technologies. Guide students in research projects, internships, and dissertations. Develop and upgrade course curriculum based on industry and academic trends. Publish high-quality research papers and contribute to academic research output. Mentor faculty members and students for academic excellence. Participate in academic committees, seminars, and institutional activities. Support accreditation processes like NAAC/NBA and contribute to quality assurance. Qualifications: Ph.D. in Computer Applications / Computer Science / Information Technology. MCA / M.Tech (CSE/IT) with First Class. Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 3 years as Associate Professor. Skills Required: Strong technical knowledge in MCA subjects. Excellent teaching and communication skills. Research aptitude and publication track record. Familiarity with academic administration and outcome-based education.
