The Audience Manager/CDP (Customer Data Platform) Consultant position at Adobe is a client-facing role that requires both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills. AAM/CDP Consultants work to gather and understand their clients" unique business requirements, developing and building customized solutions to meet their advertising and reporting needs with the Adobe Audience Manager platform/CDP. Consultants also help clients implement the solution and applications, perform quality checks to ensure successful implementation, and diagnose and solve technical issues. Additionally, the role involves working on data ingestion alongside Data Engineers & Architects to design XDM Models & Schemas, requiring SQL and Database knowledge. Collaboration with Adobe Analytics/Adobe Target/Adobe Campaign teams is also essential to design & define multi-solution use cases. Key Responsibilities: Lead tech & strategy solutions engagements across multi-functional workstreams, including data management platform (DMP - AAM) or customer data platform (RT-CDP), offline data onboarding, analytics, and digital media campaigns. Gain in-depth knowledge of clients" advertising platform and architecture needs, online business model, and online marketing strategy. Gather, document, and help form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements. Develop solutions/use cases to meet clients" unique requirements, incorporating data, technology, partners, data integrations, and analytics. Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies. Generate customized code, assist with deployment, and support clients and third parties throughout the implementation and integration processes. Validate and debug implementation, provide reporting and content aligned to client's digital advertising KPI's, and facilitate reporting and analysis activities with client resources. Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and/or in-person, communicating confidently and pro-actively throughout the project lifecycle. Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, keeping projects on schedule and within scope. Educate clients on best practices related to their specific industry and key business requirements. Keep accurate daily records of client billable time and engage in technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in digital advertising technology or media strategy, analytics, or digital agency. Solid understanding of online marketing, HTML, web protocols, and intermediate-to-advanced JavaScript skills. SQL, Database knowledge, ability to work with large data files, and use debugging tools. Strong understanding of Tag management tools and API knowledge. Passion for the internet domain, problem-solving mindset, and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience, with some travel required. Special consideration given for additional experience with data management platforms, customer data platforms, website optimization consulting, web development, ERP, SaaS, or other software implementation, and deep vertical industry experience.
