Within our Compliance & Management business area, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expertise in areas such as quality, security, sustainability, and project management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supporting our clients in various assignments with your knowledge in production development and process technology - Focusing on finding opportunities to streamline production, identify improvements in maintenance, and adapt to new regulatory requirements - Potential growth into coordinating/coordination or project management roles - Tasks include continuous improvement in production processes, developing new manufacturing processes, participating in the development of specifications and classification documents, conducting risk analyses for equipment procurements, project participation in processes and equipment, involvement in procurement processes, participation in Commissioning and Qualification processes, and Lean practices. **Qualifications:** - Solution-oriented with a passion for problem-solving - Technical interest and willingness to share knowledge with colleagues - Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering, biotechnology, medical technology) or equivalent - Experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical technology industries - Worked on continuous improvement in production processes, developed new manufacturing processes, held roles such as project engineer, processing engineer, production engineer, or similar - Familiarity with LEAN principles - Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English **Additional Company Information:** Knightec Group, formed by the merger of Semcon and Knightec, is Northern Europe's leading strategic partner in product and digital service development.
