Production Supervisor - Sea Food Industry

The Production Supervisor in the Seafood Industry will be responsible for monitoring operations and inspecting raw materials to ensure consistency and integrity in order to meet production standards. You will recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process as needed. Additionally, you will inspect materials or products based on industry standards and promptly report any problems or concerns to the senior reporting hierarchy. It will be your responsibility to discuss inspection results with those responsible for the products. This is a full-time position with the possibility of working day or night shifts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the seafood industry and hold a B.sc or M.sc in Aquaculture. Please note that this position is open to male candidates only. Candidates should be willing to commute or relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala, before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role, and previous experience in supervising roles would be an advantage.
