Job Description

You will be working as a Production Supervisor in a Manufacturing Industry located in Haldarvas, Ahmedabad. The company is situated 25 Kms from Odhav Ring Road Circle and transportation is available for your convenience. Candidates from Plastic Industry or Mechanical Parts Manufacturing Industry are preferred for this role. **Role Overview:** As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise and coordinate production activities - Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operations - Train and motivate production staff to achieve production goals - Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards **Qualifications Required:** - 1 to 2 years of experience in Production - Knowledge of the Plastic Industry or Mechanical Parts Manufacturing Industry - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Please note that the salary for this position ranges from Rs. 18,000 to Rs. 20,000 per month with a salary increment after 2 to 3 months based on performance. This is a full-time job with day shift availability. Work location will be in person.,
