Production Supervisor Mechanical

Role Overview: As a Production Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of processes on the production floor. You will be overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving any issues that arise, and maintaining a safe and clean production workspace. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring that production processes comply with company and regulatory requirements - Accurately completing all necessary documentation for regulatory compliance - Informing the production team about occupational health and safety practices - Communicating expectations to production team members and evaluating their performance - Implementing relevant emergency response procedures during critical situations - Regularly inspecting machinery and checkpoints to maintain a safe and efficient workflow - Compiling reports on production progress and providing updates to management - Managing the repair or replacement of faulty production equipment - Ensuring efficient and correct utilization of all resources and assets Qualifications Required: - Background in Mechanical Engineering - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings - Familiarity with AutoCAD software - Diploma in a related field is preferred Additional Company Details: This is a full-time position with benefits including leave encashment and provident fund.
