Production Supervisor Fruits and Vegetables

- Responsible for assisting the production team with daily planning and execution of the production in Fruits and Vegetables

- Taking responsibility of the production and handling and planning manpower accordingly

- Participating in daily production chores along with the team and monitoring production and quality in-line on daily basis

- Being a team player in accomplishing daily targets and completing the production on timely manner in line with customer requirements with respect to quality and quantity

- Handling resources wisely in planned manner - manpower, RM and other related resources

- Oversee production operation and ensure production runs smoothly.

- Communicate and collaborate with internal team and management to develop production plans with achievable cost of production target

- Collaborate with quality assurance team for in line quality issues and ensure that the production team takes care of the quality parameters led by the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

• Talegaon Dabhade, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
