Supervise day-to-day production activities for brass component manufacturing.
Plan, schedule, and monitor production to achieve daily/weekly targets.
Allocate manpower, machines, and resources effectively for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with technical drawings, process sheets, and quality standards.
Monitor CNC/VMC, conventional, and other machining operations for productivity.
Implement and maintain 5S, Kaizen, and lean manufacturing practices.
Identify and resolve production issues such as delays, machine breakdowns, and material shortages.
Maintain records of production output, rejections, and downtime.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
