Our design and techniques are both very unique, where every piece is designed keeping in mind the both aesthetics and functionality , custom-made for our clients. Role & responsibilities - Production Efficiency: Guide the workers to enhance processes to maximise output while minimising waste and downtime. - Cost Control: Be able to identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce overall production costs, manage wastage - Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources -manpower, machinery and materials, to ensure tasks are completed on time and to budget. - Team Management: Assigning tasks, supervising staff, and fostering a productive work environment. - Production Scheduling: Developing and maintaining clear production schedules. Also make sure of raw material availability, staffing, and machinery capabilities to create a smooth workflow. - Reporting & Documentation: Keeping records of attendance, approval of leave, planning of staff who go on leave . Prepare comprehensive production reports, ensuring transparency and enabling data-driven decision making. Plant Safety & Floor Management: To provide a safe work environment for all employees, establish and enforce plant safety procedures, ensuring staff adheres to all safety protocols to minimise accidents and injuries. Ensures there is a periodic maintenance of machines, tools Stores /Material - responsible for providing information to the Purchase/Stores team on materials required for each section before new work is allocated by filling out a Job card. Vendor Relations: Have the ability to communicate to 3rd party vendors on design requirements and ensure timely delivery Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund
