Production Manager Fabrication

As a Production Manager in the Fabrication Unit, your role will involve overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring the smooth operations of the production unit. You will be responsible for leading a team of 50 members and utilizing your strong engineering knowledge to guide the team in manufacturing heavy structural and precision fabrication items such as chassis, tower structures, etc. Your key responsibilities will include: - Preparation of materials list for production based on the provided drawings - Providing guidance to the team throughout the manufacturing process Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering - Over 20 years of experience in the fabrication industry - Specific experience of at least 10 years in fabrication is required In addition to these responsibilities, the company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Yearly bonus This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
