First-line supervisor responsible for assigning and coordinating all work on the production line(s). Organizes material flows and inventory to reach production targets. Supervises, trains, and is responsible for the work safety of a team of production staff. Implements production schedules, methods, and processes. Identifies problems and proposes solutions and/or improvements of the production process. Allocates manpower and equipment for production purposes.

• Ensuring all operators wearing PPE in shop floor
• To maintain 5 “S” and discipline in shop floor

• Production as per forecast plan and capacity planning with team members

• To upkeep the condition of Equipment’s like Oven and Molds with first level of Maintenance to produce defect free Production

• Daily communication with operators and associates on production progress and quality issues

• To ensure data feed in Epicor is Accurate and Timely without any reminders

• Publish production report Plan Vs actual, Efficiency, and Quality details

• Improvement of Kaizen activities, and Training of Operators

• To ensure Raw material used is good for production

• Training and development of Team members and conducting timely appraisals with Goal Setting in line with Organizational Goals

• Timely Preventive maintenance of machines to avoid breakdowns and production losses

• Monitoring daily KPI and focus on improvement.
