Production Line Supervisor (Disposables)

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily assembly operations on the production line at Arni Medica, ensuring smooth workflow and target achievement. You will supervise and coordinate production workers, providing guidance and training as needed. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and company quality standards. Monitoring production schedules, optimizing manpower allocation, and minimizing downtime will also be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct quality checks at various assembly stages, report deviations, and collaborate with the QC and maintenance teams to resolve process issues. Maintaining proper documentation, batch records, and production logs, as well as implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency, will also fall under your purview.
