Overall Line Responsibility (Production to Packaging): Start and stop machines as per operation schedule Perform parison controls and monitor material usage (weight distribution, regrind levels, tail lengths) Conduct regular visual and technical quality checks throughout the shift Check and record process parameters (eg, machine cycle time, mold cooling water temperature, process temperature) Weigh waste materials/lumps and document in daily reports Prepare machines for mold changes Ensure accurate production as per quantity and quality specifications Place rejected bottles in designated bins only Record packing details (pallet no, quantity, destination, etc) in the production register Immediate Reporting: Report any deviations in machine operations or product quality to the supervisor promptly Team Support: Assist Machine/Shift Supervisor and Mould Change Team during mold and color changeovers Workplace Discipline: Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around your workstation Adhere strictly to all safety norms and guidelines Other Duties: Carry out any additional responsibilities assigned by management We welcome freshers who are passionate about building a career in manufacturing Preferred qualifications include: ??? CIPET Diploma holders ??? Diploma in Technical/Mechanical fields (especially with experience or training in the plastics industry) ???
