Production Ext/AM/DM

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily task briefing.
• Responsible for safety.
• Communication with customers.
• Delivering daily production target with optimum utilization of resources.
• Production planning as per customer requirements
• Manpower handling.
• Product and Process Improvements to get increased productivity & OEE.
• Analyzing complaints (In house) & take corrective action & preventive action
• Data collection (rejection/rework data) & analysis of daily basis.
• New production line buyoff with all check point.
• Implementation of Kaizen & Poke- Yoke.
• Line balancing and bottleneck problem.
• Reduction of cycle time by time & motion study.
• Planning for Preventive Maintenance of production machines
• Provide training of equipment’s to the workers.
• Manpower deployment / manpower up gradation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
