Role & responsibilities To prepare corrective action & preventive action plan for the productionImplementing the organizations goals and policies along with the managers. Responsible for operation & maintenance of coding machines. Responsibility for safety for Personnel, facilities & Equipment. Direct responsibility to provide the raw-materials for production through store. Indirect responsible for discipline for workforce. Indirect responsibility to implement daily preventive maintenance schedule. Responsible for maintaining GMP & GHK in their respective areas. Responsible for daily tracking & calculation of Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage (Cap & Crown yields) Responsible for shift wise production. Responsible for proper Manpower utilisation. Responsible to control Glass Breakage. Responsible for breakdown maintenance. Responsible for calculate & minimise Filler downtime Production knowledge in the Beverage or FMCG industry Preferred candidate profile We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in the Beverage or FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should possess: B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Proven production knowledge and experience in the Beverage or FMCG industry
