Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Supervisor / Production Head to oversee daily factory operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in production management, and the ability to optimize processes while ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Assist in new product development , including research, design, and testing. Support machine maintenance and optimization to improve productivity and efficiency. Conduct product testing and trials to ensure quality and performance. Contribute to packaging development to enhance product usability and market appeal. Knowledge & Skills: Education: BE / Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering. Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience . Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
