Production Engineer Industrial Paint Line

Role Overview: As a Production Engineer in an Industrial Automated Paint Line, your main responsibility will be to schedule production, operate and maintain the paint line, handle manpower, and achieve production and quality targets effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Plan paint line operations according to the monthly production plan - Organize manpower efficiently - Ensure completion of cleaning and pre-production maintenance tasks - Make sure correct process instructions and tools are available - Supervise the weighing and mixing of primer, top coat, and ink - Monitor paint line operations closely - Meet production targets within the set quality parameters - Analyze and report production data, rejections, and downtime - Coordinate with various departments to streamline production processes - Conduct on-the-job training and improvement projects - Contribute to the continuous improvement process - Participate in need-based training programs Qualification Required: - BE/BSc/Diploma in Paint Technology Additional Details: The company offers health insurance and provident fund benefits for this full-time position with day shift availability. The work location is in person, and the role reports to the Unit Head. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in industrial automated painting, possess technical expertise in monitoring automated continuous paint lines, have pad printing experience, be capable of handling a team of at least 10-15 employees, demonstrate thorough knowledge about paint line equipment and paint materials, and have a working knowledge of computers.,
