Production Assistant (Media)

As a Production Assistant at Rush Brand Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd, you will be part of a dynamic team that creates powerful brand stories and high-impact visual content across digital platforms. Your role will be hands-on and high-energy, requiring production hustle and creative flair, especially in fashion shoots or content. Key Responsibilities: - Assist with pre-production by organizing schedules, sourcing gear, and scouting locations - Support on shoot days by setting up equipment, managing props/wardrobe, and assisting the crew - Handle production logistics by coordinating with photographers, models, makeup artists, and stylists - Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for seamless production workflow - Keep track of production timelines, calendars, and shoot documentation - Assist with post-production asset management including backups, transfers, and organizing files - Maintain equipment logs and ensure sets are production-ready - Contribute to creative brainstorming and fashion concept development as required Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of experience in video production, digital content, or fashion media - Familiarity with fashion content, influencer shoots, or brand videos - Basic technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and video gear - Strong organizational skills with a focus on timelines, checklists, and coordination - Ability to work flexible hours during shoots or events - Comfortable communicating in English and Tamil (Malayalam is a bonus) - Passionate about media, style, and creating cool digital content If you have experience at a creative agency or digital studio, or exposure to fashion modeling, styling, or branded campaign shoots, it would be considered a bonus.,
