Product/Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design of engaging interfaces for AI-powered web and mobile products. - Simplify complex AI-driven workflows into clear and accessible user experiences. - Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. - Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to align product vision with user needs. - Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across interfaces. - Advocate for design best practices, accessibility, and performance in product experiences. Qualifications Required: - 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a focus on product design. - Experience in designing for AI-based or data-intensive applications. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and user-centered design. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. - Understanding of user research, interaction design, and responsive UI design. - Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Passion for creating elegant user experiences with emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in designing products involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, or predictive systems. - Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their impact on user behavior and design patterns. - Knowledge of basic front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus. - Comfort with using analytics tools (e.g, Mixpanel, Hotjar) for UX improvements.
