We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with deep domain expertise in Trade Life Cycle, Settlements, and Inventory Management to lead product development initiatives within a fast-paced Agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, translate business requirements into EPICs and user stories, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact solutions in the financial services domain. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements; convert them into EPICs and detailed user stories. Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Continuously refine and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer feedback. Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining a high standard of quality. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive product improvements post-launch. Required Skills & Expertise: Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment. Strong expertise in Product Management and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience writing EPICs, User Stories , and managing Agile backlogs. Domain knowledge in Trade Life Cycle, Settlements, and Inventory Management is essential. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus. Experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking product environments.
