Product Owner- Customer Lifecycle Management

As a Product Owner at our organization, your main responsibility will be to create and optimize digital sales journeys for our wealth, retail, and business banking products. By focusing on enhancing the digital experience for both new and existing customers through our website and mobile platforms, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in digital product management, customer experience optimization, and improving digital sales funnels. Your key responsibilities will include owning the product journey and vision throughout its life cycle, from inception to delivery, and ensuring alignment with the organization's overall goals. You will be accountable for setting clear and transparent product visions, inspiring your team to embrace these visions, and fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the product roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulations, and engaging with stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals. In terms of business operations, you will be required to socialize and sell your solutions to various groups and regions, lead the delivery of programs, and implement solutions within specified timeframes. You will also need to establish testing methods for business applications, monitor the benefits of deployed solutions, and review product backlogs to ensure alignment with business value and benefit cases. Furthermore, your role will involve leading and mentoring team members, collaborating with key stakeholders such as Country, Technology, and Risk partners, and managing risks associated with the products. You will also be responsible for governance, ensuring compliance with operational risk frameworks and regulatory requirements. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in Agile methodologies, product ownership, and SQL. Additionally, having a Product Owner certification and familiarity with Retail Banking systems and risk management will be advantageous.
