Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. Your responsibilities will include eliciting, documenting, and analyzing business requirements, processes, and workflows. You will be required to translate these business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. Additionally, you will work closely with technology teams to design solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges. - Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. - Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams. - Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. - Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges. - Ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities. - Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. - Recommend process improvements and assist in their implementation. - Utilize strong knowledge of the Health care domain and SQL. - Hands-on experience with Complex SQL queries in Snowflake. - Knowledge of database management systems, both relational and non-relational. - Familiarity with data integration and ETL tools. Qualifications Required: - Business Analysis and Business System Analysis skills. - Proficiency in SQL and Snowflake technologies. - Understanding of SDLC and US Healthcare domain. - Strong communication and documentation skills. Please note: Good to have experience with AWS and Snowflake technologies.,
