Role Overview: As a seasoned Product Leader at Jupiter, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading and scaling the Savings Account product line. Your primary objective will be to develop products that foster trust, drive deposits, and cultivate habit-forming saving behaviors. Key Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end roadmap for Savings, including savings accounts, core accounting flows, and related money experiences like debit cards and deposits. - Define and execute a product strategy aligned with business goals to grow balances, increase activation rates, and enhance user retention. - Collaborate with external entities such as banks, KYC providers, core banking systems, and regulatory partners to ensure the success of the Savings Account product line. - Work closely with Risk, Compliance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Bank Partnerships teams to effectively launch compliant solutions. - Develop features using feedback loops, behavioral nudges, and lifecycle communications to drive adoption and daily usage among users. - Utilize strong product acumen, problem-solving skills, and data analysis to transform complex systems into intuitive user experiences. - Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to navigate trade-offs and ensure successful execution of product initiatives. - Ideally have exposure to financial infrastructure, middleware, or banking-as-a-service platforms, with a background in behavioral finance or user psychology. Qualification Required: - Proven ability to formulate product strategies, establish relevant metrics, and deliver tangible outcomes in dynamic environments. - Experience in collaborating with external entities such as banks, KYC and verification providers, core banking systems, and regulatory partners. - Technical proficiency to collaborate with engineering and data science teams, navigating trade-offs and ensuring successful product execution.,
