Product Development Engineer II - Backend

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software products for Phenom People's talent experience solutions. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using various programming languages and technologies. Additionally, you will conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of the products. It is important to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the products. You will also participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner, communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, mentor and guide junior engineers, and distill business objectives into technical solutions through effective system design.
