Product Designer - User Experience & Interface

This role is for one of Weekday's clients offering a salary range of Rs 500,000 to Rs 2,000,000 (INR 5-20 LPA) with a minimum experience requirement of 1 year. The location for this full-time position is in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the product design process from research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, and final design - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring the product vision to life - Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and with engineers during implementation - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions - Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products - Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively Required Skills & Experience: - 2+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating your process and outcomes - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite - Strong UX/UI design skills with attention to visual aesthetics and interaction details - Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions - Ability to prototype at various fidelities to communicate design concepts - Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working in a startup environment - Knowledge of design systems and component-based design - Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics) - Experience designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) - Background in user-centered design methodologies,
