Job Description

Role Overview: As a Product Data Analyst at MillerKnoll, your primary objective will be to develop and maintain accurate product data that reflects the company's offerings. Your role will involve managing, processing, and automating product data while ensuring its accuracy for the development and integration teams. Ideal candidates for this role should have strong experience with Product Information Management (PIM) or Product Data Management (PDM) systems. You will play a key part in supporting a product development team focused on product data maintenance, spare parts catalogue management, and visualization technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Individually develop/contribute and maintain data vocabulary content for custom extensions. - Analyze additions and changes to the company's product vocabulary to determine their impact on data that drives software tools like CET Designer. - Ensure data accuracy of products, options, prices, etc., and maintain consistency of data representation across product lines. - Build data vocabulary for product offerings represented in 2D and 3D visualization, including models, bill of materials, texture materials, etc. - Perform self-tests and evaluations of data to ensure its quality before formal reviews. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather the data needed to support products in various software platforms. - Work with legacy system teams to drive data exports and establish automated synchronization processes. - Provide first-level support for technology-related queries and issues from users. - Understand clients/dealers" requirements and communicate effectively with them during different project stages. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent with 6 or more years of experience in data analysis and manipulation. - Experience in scripting languages like MS Access or MS SQL is preferred. - Proven working knowledge of PDM/PIM or similar systems is a must. - Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding of best practices in data version controlling systems. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality outcomes. - Strong troubleshooting skills for technical and functional issues. - Self-motivated, organized, and able to work to predefined priorities. - Good verbal and written communication skills in English. - Willingness to be flexible in terms of working shifts.
