Product Costing Manager-wood factory

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for the following key aspects: - Develop and maintain accurate product cost models, encompassing material, labor, and overhead costs. - Monitor variances between standard and actual costs, conducting thorough investigations and providing explanations for deviations. - Offer cost simulations for new products, design modifications, and process enhancements to facilitate decision-making. - Support management by conducting profitability analysis and proposing cost reduction strategies. Furthermore, your role will entail: - Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings within ERP systems. - Collaborating with engineering and production teams to validate materials, quantities, and process sequences. - Regularly updating and reviewing BOMs to accurately reflect changes in product design, suppliers, or processes. - Maintaining version control and proper documentation for revisions in BOMs. Please note that the company offers benefits such as health insurance and provident fund.,
