Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES, FUNCTIONS AND TASKS (What the employee does, why, how, where, results, obligations etc.) Raw Materials planning and Order execution Close co-ordination with Planning team for arranging Raw Materials for projects To share forecast to vendors for their Basic Raw material planning To issue PO in addressed terms and conditions of Price, QTYs, MOQs and LEAD TIME by the Commodity Management / Domestic purchasing Co-ordinate with vendors to get order acknowledgement and get delivery date confirmation Update delivery date into SAP system and planning sheet Follow up with vendors to ensure a timely supply of materials To keep updated the purchase order records in case of changes in actual production plan & communicate to vendors accordingly Close co-ordination with Warehouse team to close GRN To give notice to Procurement Manager and Planning team Head of any plan disruption. To keep inventory levels as per plan To measure and set up inventory level as per Company needs taking in account imports and local procurements To control inventory levels which must be kept as per Company needs and required Safety Stock levels Close co-ordination with Warehouse team to close GRN To issue LD to Suppliers whenever applies To monitor and control through KPI suppliers performance Prepare monthly reports. WORK EQUIPMENT (What the employee uses, tools, measuring equipment, computing and auxiliary equipment, etc.) Laptop and smart phone with internet connection WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS (Skills, competences, expertise, etc.) Indian national candidate Literate in Indian and English with graduation Knowledge in SAP system Expertise in MS Office, especially Excel functions Data analysis Proven experience as Procurement Executive with high level of suppliers and products nature Ability to work under challenging situations and meet deadlines Teamwork and collaboration
