Job Description 1. Ensure manufacturing process compliance with legal- & safety requirements, engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications. 2. Plan and recommend the Pick and place programming & line design optimization to improve the placement yield of the line. 3. Prepare, execute and document technical readiness of programs for NPI & ECR. 4. Internal and Customer defect avoidance and reduction 6. Develop and implement productivity and process improvements (e. g. CT reduction, cost reduction etc. , ). 7. 2nd level machine downtime problem solving and developing concepts for high machine uptime. Periodic / Ocassional : 1. Assure Machine capability. 2. Assure compliance in internal and external Audits. 3. Proactive identification of potential quality risks and containment/correction. 4. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment (in and out: Training of Maintenance and Production, CN Lessons Learned, Standards implementation & Benchmarking.
