Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Process Executive for our P&C team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in Insurance Products and MS Office. This hybrid role requires night shift work and proficiency in English. The candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to insurance processes ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities Handle and process insurance products with precision and attention to detail. Utilize MS Office tools to maintain and update records accurately. Assist in the processing of renewals ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Manage changes and endorsements in insurance policies ensuring compliance with company standards. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies. Provide support in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external use. Ensure all processes are followed according to company policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other team members to improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and company policies. Maintain confidentiality and security of all client information. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements. Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders. Work effectively in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities. Qualifications Possess technical skills in Insurance Products and MS Office. Demonstrate proficiency in English (Read/Write Speak). Experience in renewals and changes/endorsements is a plus. Ability to work night shifts. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications Required Insurance Certification MS Office Certification
