Process Engineer BIW Accuracy, Safety & ISO Audit

As a Safety Officer at Kia Motors in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, India, your role will involve ensuring BIW accuracy, ISO compliance, and safety standards within the industrial setting. Your responsibilities will include: - Sound knowledge of Industrial safety procedures in accordance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 - Hands-on experience in analyzing BIW accuracy, conducting BIW audits, and implementing corrective measures and improvement planning - Familiarity with various equipment including Jigs & fixtures - Understanding of master control sheets, tooling points, and part control units for effective dimensional management - Planning and overseeing the deep cleaning of equipment, including supplier selection, PM planning, and output management - Preparation, review, and revision of ISO documents for the department - Participation in external yearly ISO audits and conducting internal half-yearly ISO audits - Ensuring control and adherence to non-conformities and points for improvement identified during audits - Managing change by recording and documenting it for all stakeholders including Safety, QA, Operations, part vendors, and suppliers - Planning and implementing energy conservation measures and proposals - Developing and managing shop environmental regulations, including the maintenance of HVLS fans, RTUs, cooling towers, etc. - Conducting shop floor audits to ensure compliance with processes, safety standards, hoardings, displays, etc. - Displaying quality alerts, safety standards, and ensuring the availability of line-wise safety personal protective equipment (PPEs) - Implementing shop beautification initiatives in alignment with new policies, worker requirements, quality standards, cost considerations, and delivery goals Qualifications Required: - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in BIW accuracy, G&F, Safety Officer Activities, and ISO Audit Please note that this job is located at Kia Motors in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, India.,
