Process Associate / Associate

As a Process Associate/Associate (Voice Process) at HCL Tech in Bangalore, you will be responsible for handling voice process operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner - Providing excellent customer service to resolve queries and issues efficiently - Following communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality - Documenting all interactions accurately for record-keeping purposes - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following qualifications: - Experience range of 0 to 1 year in any International BPO (voice process) with proper relieving or resignation acceptance documents - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to work from the office - Educational qualifications of B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com, BCA for the years 2024 & 2025 (freshers only) - No backlogs in your academic records Additionally, HCL Tech offers US Shifts (Night Shift) with weekends off on Saturdays and Sundays.
