Key Responsibilities Concept Development: Create innovative lighting designs that balance functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability for residential and commercial projects. Project Execution: Prepare lighting layouts, specifications, and BOQs, and support the execution of projects from concept through completion. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure design intent is realized. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements. Present design proposals, mood boards, and mockups to communicate ideas effectively. Technical Integration: Work with electrical and automation engineers to integrate lighting designs seamlessly with smart control systems. Quality Assurance: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure accurate implementation of lighting plans and maintain design quality. Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest lighting technologies, fixtures, and design trends to bring fresh ideas and innovation into projects. Skills Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating lighting layouts and drawings Knowledge of lighting design software such as Dialux / Dialux evo (preferred) Strong sense of creativity and design aesthetics Good communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and teams Attention to detail with the ability to balance functionality and design
