This is not just a call center role. As a Telesales Executive, you will be a crucial part of our sales engine, engaging with business owners, production managers, and procurement heads. You will identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and set the stage for high-value deals in a complex B2B sales cycle. Your success will directly contribute to our company's growth and market expansion. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research, identify, and cold-call potential clients within the manufacturing, engineering, and industrial sectors to generate qualified leads. Needs Analysis: Conduct consultative conversations to understand a prospect's production challenges, capacity needs, and business goals. Product Presentation: Articulate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our machinery portfolio persuasively and professionally. Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and update lead information, interactions, and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Lead Nurturing & Qualification: Nurture inbound inquiries from marketing campaigns, qualify them based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria), and schedule appointments for our field sales engineers. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects to build trust and become a reliable industry contact. Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from the market on competitor activity, pricing, and customer needs to the marketing and product development teams.
