Job Description

Job Objective

To serve as the strategic communication link between Scipy Technologies, students, academic teams, media, and industry partners while actively managing placement activities and promoting the company's talent and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both public relations initiatives and building industry connections to facilitate successful student placements.

Qualities and Responsibilities

· Develop and implement PR strategies that showcase Scipy Technologies' academic services and client/project success storie.

· Act as the communication bridge between academic teams, clients, media, and students.

· Promote research, student activities, and product/service achievements across social and traditional media.

· Promote Scipy Technologies talent pool through presentations, brochures, and digital platforms.

· Handle media and public inquiries with professionalism and timeliness.

· Stay updated on education sector trends and market dynamics to inform communication strategy

· Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry stakeholders to secure internships and job placements for students.

· Organize and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and corporate interactions.

· Coordinate with academic departments to align curriculum and student skills with industry expectations.

· Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.

· Maintain a robust database of students, employer contacts, placement records, and feedback.

· Track and analyze industry trends to align training programs with job market demands.

· Prepare placement reports, success metrics, and employer feedback summaries.

Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelors/Masters degree in Public Relations, HR, Communication, or related field.

· 3-8 years of experience in PR, placement coordination, or similar roles.

· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and networking abilities.

· Proficiency in digital media tools, MS Office, and online recruitment platforms.
